Restaurant Nikau has proudly built relationships with local sustainable businesses including Volcanic Creamery who provide swappa bottle A2 milk used throughout the hotel, Kai Rotorua sustainably and traditionally grown kumara, Otaika Valley Free Range Eggs and our local winemakers Volcanic Hills.
