We’re proud to partner with local producers including:

- Kai Rotorua – Sustainably and traditionally grown kumara
- Otaika Valley Eggs – Free range eggs and ethical farming practices
- Volcanic Hills Winery
We also grow herbs, citrus, and seasonal vegetables right here in our hotel gardens – truly local from soil to plate.
